Trying To Upload Photo For A T Shirt. Help!

I am trying to upload a photo for a t-shirt and the pop up box says "Upload in progress". However just below that in the same box it says "Uploading, please wait while we receive your file". But the light blue 'bar' that shows the progress of the upload hasn't changed from '0'. I think it is safe to say it is NOT uploading after 30 minutes of waiting for the darn thing to move. Can anyone help?
