My Vizio M321i-a2 Wont Power Up

My Vizio M321i-A2 wont power up. Just bought it yesterday. The power ligh on its bottom left will go on momentarily when I turn the power supply back on but goes off in about 10 seconds. The power button on the remote has no effect, Any ideas???
