File Compalint Against Volvo Dealer

Dear sir.I'm not sure if I have reached the correct person to file a complaint against Volvo service department of San Antonio Texas. I currently have a 2009 c70 convertible. With 59k miles and that is no longer factory warranty. Which I purchased a extended platinum warranty. On Friday aug 16 had my car towed to the Sa Volvo dealer because my convertible top would not close all the way. It stayed opened and 3 inches on the left side. On Saturday 17 spoke with my service adviser Tony who proceeded to tell us me that he closed my top and that I could go pickup my car but if I wanted to open my top , that in order for it to close it completely I would have to use my hand to help pull it down. I told them that was un acceptable . I wanted it fixed correctly and that's why I purchased an extended warranty for these reasons. Tony proceeded to tell me that this was one of the most complex tops to work on. No the less they said they were going to tear it down and fix it. Today Monday the 19.Spoke to Tony said it would ready today but that is was not 100 percent fixed, that the left side closes before the right side but that it does opens and closes. And that they did some adjustments but did not fix the problem they didn't even try to see what my warranty covered . I express again about extended warranty but he said it would not cover it. I feel that they did not try nor wanted to correct the problem because its to complex or just lazy ness . I'm very upset that I did not get my car fixed correctly.
