I Just Bought Hp 2000-bf69wm Laptop From Walmart.com. Missing Software
Walmart.com order # 2677188-050408. Item Description on Walmart.com for HP 2000-bf69WM laptop indicates it comes with MS Office 2010 software. No MS Office software loaded, only has an option to load my own purchased version, buy it online (full price), or do a brief free trial.
How do I get the 25-character Product Code for the licensed copy that should have been loaded on my laptop?
Will return the product if I don't get this software promised on the advertisement.

Are you certain that it was to include MS Office pre-installed? All of the Laptops for sale at Walmart.com come with reduced featured MS Word and Excel. That means advertising supported. How much was your laptop? If it was less than $800 it's pretty unlikely that it included a full version of MS office. Check your reciept.
