First, you have to determine if it's a problem with the laptop itself or if you have accidentally logged into a website that had viruses attached to it. Whether or not you want to return it is completely up to you. I suggest cleaning out the RAM and history, restoring it to its original brand new settings and starting over. If that doesn't work, return it.

you should be able to take it back to the store with the receipt. you have 30 day to do that
