the information provided is not enough to find a solution to your problem. because we are not afiliated with wal mart we can't look it up with just your email. you will need to go to walmart.com and in the upper right corner and click track my order then enter your email address and order number then it will tell you the status. if you do not have your order number then you can login to your account with them and go to recent orders and get your order number and then proceed with tracking your order
