Renewal Payment
My webroot renewal date is 9/14/11. On 7/16/11 ,I received a message to notify me that my antivirus protection would be terminated immediately if I did not authorize payment. I proceeded to do so and have not received a reply. Was this a valid request from Webroot and why was the threat of termination sent 2 months before the due date?
