the part that i am wanting to know about is on page 12 of the parts manual no. 48 it shows it right under the mandrel cover right next to the no. 5 that points to the belt. it is L shape on the top and then it goes down to a U shape with a little hook pointing up it does not bolt to any thing when i took the mandrel cover off it was just laying there. and do not know were it goes. in the parts manual on page 13 it is key no. 48 part no. 532 43 86-10. i am lost were to put it back in. i sure the u shape end the belt rides in but the top L shape as showing on page 12 no. 48 i have no clue were to hook it. Help i am lost Thanks for any answer i can get.

MOWER DRIVE BELT REMOVAL
1. Park riding mower on a level surface.
2. Set parking brake.
3. Lower mower to its lowest position.
4. Remove mandrel cover from mower
deck.
5. Remove rear engine plate from unit.
6. Remove rear belt keeper from unit.
7. Carefully roll belt over the top of the
mower blade mandrel.
8. Remove belt from idler pulleys.
