Greetings - This may differ slightly from one Xerox model to another, however on a Xerox WorkCenter 5755 for example it is done in the foregoing way -
1. Login as a System Administrator or Key Operator
2. Press the (Machine Status) on the Control Panel
3. Select (Tools)
4. Select (Service Settings)
5. Select (Fax Settings)
6. Select (Fax Report)
7. Select (Transmission Report)
8. Select between the three options
-Always
-Print Error
-Disable
you can choose Always.. in your particular case
9. Select (Save)
10. Select (Close)
11. Logout
