Printing Problem & Replacement Of Ink Cartridge
I"m trying to print & it says to Replace Black Cartridge. Printer is new just installed about a month ago. Its a Xerox WorkCentre 6015NI. We have 3 others like it, so I replaced the cartridge with one of the other new prrinters and it still says to replace cartridge and doesnt print or do anything.
