Why I Can't Access My Yahoo Security Key In Small Business?

my yahoo security key in small business keeps asking and asking for my security key even if I already put in it and they validate its still asking for me to put my security key to validate them and nothing's happen. i cant enter to my catalog i tied up for asking my security key?
