which receiver is the most powerful, and can you tell me how many watts and channels does the Yamaha RX-700u has

The output for the Yamaha Rx-700u is 60 watts per channel and it has four channels. The output for the Yamaha Rx-v459 is 90 watts per channel and it has six channels. In terms of pure watts, the Rx-v459 has more "power".
