Buyer Is Not Happy With Sent Item.

Hi, I recently sold an item on ebay which I did not realise had a hole in it. The buyer contacted me and I supplied a solution of returning the item and I would refund the money. The buyer replied back saying that she has sent the item already to Hungary and would cost too much to return. This is my first dealing with a complaint and I do not know what else to offer as the buyer will not return the item. How can I resolve this issue please? Abigail

If the item had a hole in it and the buyer complained, why did she sent it to Hungary? You didn't ask her to do that; that was her decision. If she wants a refund, she will have to return the item. You don't state the worth of the item; can you just send a new one as a good faith gesture?

if she will not return the item then you should not giver her the money back i mean it is not fair for her to get her money back on an item that she has given away its like shes getting it for free tell the person if you dont give back th eitem i cant give you a refund its as simple as that
