This is HelpOwl, sir, not eBay. I assure you I am not a cheat. You need to login to your eBay account, go to my eBay, look under Won Items for the item in question. Click on the dropdown next to it (More Options) and you will see an option called Report a problem. Click on that and the prompts will help you through it. If you paid through PayPal, you can also file a dispute there.
