Cannot Receive An Efax On My Kyocera Fs-1135mfp Received It To Personal Efax Acc

I cannot receive an eFax from a client on my Kyocera FS-1135MFP yet I can receive it on my personal eFax account which is sent directly to my email. Is there a setup option I am missing?

I forwarded your question to our support team at eFax. This printer apparently isn't compatible with eFax (for sending/receiving faxes). Of course, you may use eFax to send/receive faxes by email and/or by logging into MyAccount. The printer may then be used to print any faxes you may receive with eFax. I hope this helps.
