Iphone 4, 8gb Sound Issue
Phone calls can only be heard via "speaker on" setting. Yes, checked the side mute/vibe feature & volume settings! Phone is brand-new, just bought 2 days ago. Tried plugging in earphones, taking out, etc. Earphone function is fine. Suggestions? Maybe just get another one- we perhaps got a dud.
