what does that mean. And is there any way to fix it at home with parts

The Maytag washer error code F03 E01 means two things. The main problem is your washer's control board can't sense the water level. This could be because of a bad pressure sensor, wiring, a bad control board, or a clogged air pipe. The other code tells you the door is locked.
