bonus programs

I submitted all documents for a bonus program that was presented to me by a clerk in Albany, Ga. This was back in Nov. 2014. I waited 3 months to hear from them. Finally I called Belk. They seemed so ready to help me. After 6 months, still not word, I contacted them again. I have spent numerous hours trying to receive the gift promised. The gift was you get a $25.00 Visa card for each $100.00 spent in house wares dept. We spent almost $400.00. I received one $25 Visa card and guess what it is invalid. Tried at 2 Belk stores. I have contacted the Albany Store and Belk Corporate, they seem unconcerned. I have been a loyal customer for years, but this gives the idea that Belk is not a dependable group.
