Just okay
I had a friend that worked for ChaCha and he basically googled all of the answers. You DO have to go through a long process to get chosen to work for them, but I don't think there are any major qualifications for doing ChaCha. Basically, I wouldn't go there if I had certain questions that I needed a legitimate answer for, because there is no proof that the question has actually been correctly answered.

Not very informative
The answers you sometimes receive are inaccurate which can be an annoyance sometimes.

ChaCha you later!
If you are a stay at home mom, or unemployed, ChaCha is an OK service to work for. The pay is low, but if you are really strapped for cash then you can easily make a little bit of money. As a customer, it is really hit or miss. Sometimes you will get a ChaCha Guide who will give you a real, honest answer. Other times, you'll only get an automated or a "cheat" response that has nothing to do with what you asked them. It seems to be an okay service, considering it's free to use.

Not my cup of tea...
If I'm looking for an quick answer, ChaCha is NOT the first place I'll go looking. Most questions that have been answered are random. Such as "Why are my pants blue?"Or if I were to submit my own question it would take quite awhile to get the response I need.
Chacha to me is more of quirky chatting service, if you're looking for serious educational questions/answers I would steer away from ChaCha!

Working for Cha-Cha
I would not recommend working for Cha-Cha unless you really need the cash, the site can glitch like crazy and you can get you account deactivated for no reason at all. The pay went from 20 cents a answer to 1 cent a question. The questions can be really slow, and they expect you to answer anything asked even if its just random words.

ChaCHa on!
I prefer ChaCha to other similar services, mainly because it's free and who doesn't love free stuff? Sometimes you will get some random answers that are completely off topic, but it's usually funny when you read them. Most of the time, though they give me a legitimate answer to the question I'm asking. Sometimes even you can have a conversation with one of the workers!

Not Very Helpful
This is another brand of Q&A websites. Except, the traffic is much lower than other equivalent sites, and you just don't get enought quality answers.
