Customer service when cancelling services
I can't believe what I'm experiencing after 20 years of being cogeco client. I had no tv for a month the receiver that I received did not work from day one Now when I'm canceling I am told that that month of no service is not worth any credit I called a month ago asking about cancellation cost was told 75 is all I'll have to pay. Asked multiple times and heard same thing. Now when I am canceling they are asking for 300 and have no record of earlier conversations. The person I talk to can't do anything, has no authority and when asked for someone with authority I was told that no one can do anything. Be care full

Garbage, GARBAGE internet. I pay for 60 Mbit/sec and I just downloaded a pdf from an email attachment that was downloading at 23 kbit/sec. Unreal.
And I just checked my speed on THEIR website, and it rated it at 6 Mbit/sec. WTF....the third world has better speeds than we do.
