I absolutely love your salt & vinegar chips but the quality of your chips in the past freaking months has been terrible. I always buy extra bags when I purchase a #9. I've been getting bags that I had to look at the bag several times because I didn't taste any salt &vinegar at all I thought I was eating plain chips and the bag I ate yesterday was just like that and I even found burnt chips

This for all chains! Do not call a sandwich a giant if all you add to it is more lettuce and cheese. If you charge me extra for the same same sandwich, I would like more tuna!!! Very misleading and will never spend my money there again! !!

Your are freaking fast!
I was in a meeting of about 20 people, at around 11:30 am we ordered out from various places.
Only one person ordered from Jimmy Johns. The Jimmy Johns order arrived at about 11:45 the other orders arrived about 1:00. We all sat there ( very hungry) staring at the Guy eating Jimmy Johns. This is a true happening but would make a great commercial.
