Won't Order Here Again
I placed an order online tonight for a half and half pizza. I ordered extra sauce on half, and only wanted a regular amount of sauce on the other half. There was a box with a check mark in it that said "extra sauce." I unchecked the box for that half. What I ended up with was no sauce on either side. I called and was finally put through to the manager who couldn't have sounded more bored if he tried. He said next time if I wanted an accurate order I should call and not order online. I asked then why have online ordering if it isn't accurate. He ignored that, mumbled something about the pizzas being pre-made. Which made no sense to me. How can you pre-make a pizza that's half and half?To add insult to injury there was a hair on my half.
If the manager had been the least sympathetic or even offered me a coupon for my next pizza, or a refund that would be one thing. All he did was make it sound like it was all my fault, and I should get in touch with corporate. I'm on a fixed income and don't often treat myself to pizza. I can't afford to order one that I can't even eat.
I won't be ordering from Roundtable again at any location.
