I recently bought a Sharp microwave oven and find it unsatisfactory in many ways. The readout is hard to see. You have to punch down from full power instead of directly putting in the level you want. The turntable rotator is flimsy, won't stay in place and so food often is not rotating. The light does not come on when the door is open and so you have no light in there when cleaning it. Also, there is no setting for warming baked goods. Considering these issues, I would say your engineers need to go back to the drawing board.

I bought a 70 inch Sharp AQUOS TV, less than one year old and the screen cracked. Warranty does not cover screen cracking. The tv was not damamged by phsysical contact. Warranty claims it was intentional damage and becuse their is no reviews on line demonstrating this is an issue. They will not cover replacement of a $4000 Dollar tv. I do not recommend buying this product or purchasing the warranty which is also a scam.

I am a user of a number of Sharp home appliances and they are of good quality. No unexpected breakdowns and performs as advertised.

do not buy as sharp tv AQUOS they are
a piece of junk. Sound go's and come's
now the picture will go off for a couple of seconds and come back on

A sharp eye on the market.
Products from Sharp are always trustworthy in terms of longevity. In particular, I find that their multifunction printers perform better than those of other brands.

Great choice for electronics!
Sharp is one of my top choices when it comes to purchasing electronics. Their TV's haven't plagued me with any problems throughout their years of usage.

I have a Sharp 60" T.V. purchased last year! The main boad went out under warranty and was replaced by Pinnacle Service! The main board again has failed a second time and nobody has these boards in stock and they tell me the may be out of production, period! I called this Sharp service tech number and the tech told me he couldn't produce these main boards out of thin air, as they too, do not have any in stock! Not to happy with Sharp right now!!!These boards must be defective and should be replaced for free or at least kept in stock!

Great customer service.
A few years back, I had a problem regarding a Sharp TV that stopped working. The thing just would not turn on at all. I was quite surprised that all I needed to make to the customer service was one call, and they said that a replacement would arrive to me in less than a week. And that it did. Definitely a keeper.
