What Is Going On With Bluebird ?????
O ONE IS CALLING ME BACK AND NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
THEY SEND ME AN E-MAIL STATING THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT AND TO CONTACT THEM IMMEDIATELY. WHEN YOU CALL THE NUMBER IT SAYS THE MAILBOX IS FULL.
NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE. YESTERDAY THEY HAD ME ON HOLD FOR OVER THREE HOURS AND NO ONE PICKED UP THIS PHONE. I FINALLY HUNG UP.
