Information For Email Or Number For Assistance, Claim Never Complete From 10/20

I opened a claim on October 29, 2020, and it is now January 8, 2021. Everytime I call I am greeted by a different very pleasant foreign customer service rep, who assures me they will help me. I explain what is going on, and they always promise to have their supervisor call back. They keep saying that the contractor has fixed my items and that the claim is closed. I put in an original claim on 5 appliances, and only one, my stovetop, was serviced after 3 visits, but stopped working a week later. Also, they say that my original request was only for 3 appliances, and they would have to review my initial call, which I gladly would appreciate happening...I have been told this 3-4 times, but no one ever reviews and calls me back.I need help. I am a single mom with 5 kids at home, and I signed up for this home warranty so I would be able to afford to repair things when they are not working correctly. I have been given a few different email addresses by customer service reps, bu the addresses always send my message back, and are not valid. I have search the internet for contact emails, and I have sent to every address I can find. I would appreciate any valid contact information, and I need my things fixed!
