How To Get Ahold Of A Manager,i Have Left 3 Messages, Submitted Requests Online
I cannot seem to get in touch with any kind of manager, my heat pump has not been working for months and we are now on 7th appointment to diagnose problem, this company is nothing but a scam, I have left multiple messages and requested online to be contacted but still nothing.....what am I suppose to do, I am out of alot of money on warrenty and service fees and still have broken heater

That second number does not look like a toll-free number, so you may incur long distance charges. CustomerServiceNumbers.com also suggests trying that 800 number. Getting your local Better Business Bureau involved as well will sometimes produce a response from the company.
