Club members are charged a monthly membership fee. And, I am guessing you were not aware you signed up for this.
If you can remember providing an email and password when you made the purchase (if you made a purchase) and didn't uncheck the box asking you if you would like to join , then you probably registered for membership.
Therefore, if you inadvertently did not know of this, then you may contact Big Fish Games customer support and request a refund and to be removed from the club membership.
The quickest way to get a response from a Big Fish Rep is by using this form:
or you may choose to contact them by email:
When providing the details, please include your first and last name, date charge occurred and ONLY the last four digits of the card used at the time you purchased a game.
Please Note: If you did not purchase a game recently from Big Fish, please include this in the details. It is also important that you inform your bank that someone has made a purchase using your card without your consent, so they can immediately cancel the card to avoid further charges.
Hope this helps
