Cancel My Big Fish Account

It may be wise to dispute pending charges with your credit card company, but that may not help you with respect to monies already collected.
To cancel your account, follow these instructions.
To pursue your refund, first phone Big Fish's customer service at 206-213-5753. If you don't receive an immediate refund, follow up with corporate, preferably by snailmail or fax:
