Big Fish Games (BFG) may provide a refund. However, the reason you are requesting the refund is a key factor. Also, when you do contact BFG Customer Support please have the following ready:

• Full Name
• Date of Purchase
• Name of the Game Purchased
• Last 4 numbers on the card used to make the purchase (You shouldn't need to provide the entire card number)
• The reason you are requesting a refund/credit.
• Any other information you believe to be relevant
