How Do I Cancel A Subscription My Grandson Did. I Am Getting Billed $6.99

Unfortunately, it appears your grandson has registered an online Account with your credit card while visiting the Big Fish Games Website. (This may have occurred without your grandson realizing what he agreed to at the time he purchased a game on their website)
Once registered as a Paid Big Fish Games Club Member there also comes a price in the amount of, you guessed it... $6.99/month, until the Club membership is cancelled.
Big Fish Games Customer Support is pretty good about honoring a refund due to this type of situation. However, this is a monthly charge and should be cancelled immediately to avoid any further charges from occurring.
You have three options, of course the first one is the quickest route. However, the wait time can be quite long during their peak hours. So please be patient if you decide to use this option.
