I Am Being Charged 6.99

I purchased a game for the first time ever a month ago, it was plants vs zombies one time purchase and i am being billed 6.99 from my paypal account. what is this charge? i did not need anything else from big fish games but being charged. now my account is in the red. please help reverse charge

If you'd like to request a refund or exchange for the game, please get in touch with our Customer Support team.

They can be reached via the green envelope to the right or through Live Chat Support if you're a Game Club member (open from 9:30am-4:30pm PST Monday-Friday).

In case you aren't already, I'd also recommend to always play the free trials that we offer for most of our games before ordering to be sure that the game matches your interests.

I am sure you are not too happy to incur a charge unexpectedly, as you did. However, When you purchased your game last month you also registered for a Big Fish Game Club Membership, with the first 30 days at no charge (Trial Period).

If during your free trial month you decided not to remain as a club member then you should cancel prior to the next billing date to avoid the membership monthly charge of $6.99.

Just an FYI: Although, we are not an employee of Big Fish, you should know that you are currently eligible to redeem the credits issued to your account for a game of your choice (Excluding Collector's Editions). A game is offered for each month you are a paying member.
