They can be reached via the green envelope to the right or through Live Chat Support if you're a Game Club member (open from 9:30am-4:30pm PST Monday-Friday).
In case you aren't already, I'd also recommend to always play the free trials that we offer for most of our games before ordering to be sure that the game matches your interests.

If during your free trial month you decided not to remain as a club member then you should cancel prior to the next billing date to avoid the membership monthly charge of $6.99.
