Hello murphylaura41,

It appears someone may have used your credit card to purchase a game from Big Fish Games.

If this is the case, I would suggest reviewing your credit card statement for any other unauthorized charges, if not done so already. As well as, contact the credit card company to inform them of this unauthorized charge. So they can take action to stop the charge(s)

As for Big Fish Games... You can try to contact them using the number listed 206-213-5753. However, I can not confirm you will actually speak to a representative or just go through an automated type system.

However, as I assume this is the first time contacting Big Fish Games regarding a refund, your best option to make your request is online, at their website.

The following link takes you to their online form to submit your request (demand):

When you submit for a refund, you can choose the following from the drop down menu:

Topic - Accounts and Purchasing
Subject - Unauthorized Charge

In the box where you enter the details of why you are contacting them, you should include the following:

Name on the Credit Card
Date the charge occurred
Total Amount charged
The *last 4 digits of the Credit Card

*Please do not provide the entire card number, ONLY the last 4 digits is needed to process the refund

Then fill in the rest of the requested information, as needed. And click submit. Your request will be reviewed, and you should receive a reply within 24 to 72 hours (May take an extra day or two due to the holidays)
