How Do I Cancel Booking?
I booked a place by accident,and need to cancel reservation. I wanted a quote price,and it booked me instead. I have never tried this before and won't do it again. I need to contact owner,but can't do it. I don't have any reservation number or anything. It just read "you're booked,not available for these dates."

It's easy to cancel or change your booking via booking.com self-service tool at My Booking.com. Please remember to check the hotel's cancellation policy before making any changes to your reservation. Non-refundable rooms and other special deals may have a different cancellation policy. Room-specific cancellation information can be found next to the room type under the "Conditions" column on the hotel's page.
