If Company Did Not Pay Me For Hours Worked, What Do I Do?
I am a current employee of burger king and got paid last week friday no prob on payroll card. nothing today as scheduled, and being told I will get paid for this past week owed.. next weeks check. I need my money now to pay bills or face eviction with my landlord. What can be done? Can an advance be given to an employee?

My first step would be to phone the executive office of your employer. If that doesn't work, you have the option to file a complaint with your state's labor relations agency.
An emplyer can certainly give you an advance if it so chooses.
