Broken Screen On Laptop - Where Do I Get It Repaired?
I tried to talk to someone on your customer service line but was transferred around until the call was dropped. My service tag is 3TW7LT1. Please advise if my broken screen is still covered under my warranty.

Hello, if you have the accidental damage service then your laptop will be covered.
Otherwise, you will have to take to computer technician to repair. Typically, the cost of replacement and repair is about $150-300 .
Depending on your laptop model, you maybe able to replace your screen for less than $50. Usually just involves removing a couple of screws to detach the casing from screen and then unplugging screen. Check Youtube .
