Keyboard Problem

My keyboard has some keys which types wrong letters that it delays much of my work. see sample as ifjtupe fthe way it \works njfow. Have checked language setting,adjusted keyboard,etc. removed battery, removed and reinstall drives, nothing changed.   Please help. thanks a lot

it could be something wrong with the hardware itself 

since it is a laptop (unlike desktop where you change the keyboard which does cost much) take it to a computer shop and ask them to inspect the keyboard you may need to change it or if it still under waranty then send it back to dell 99% hardware problem(cannnot be drivers or settings problem)
