Vehicle Does Not Accelerate

Dear Sir/Sirs, I'm desperately sending you this email. Im the owner of the only 2005 Viper srt 10 in Jordan. I have faced tech issues. Dodge dealership maintenance does NOT know how to diagnose the problem. The vehicle has been at the dealership for 62 days now with out any solution. I was driving the viper, the car speed started decreasing slowly. It felt like a 5 cylinder vehicle. When i push the gas pedal, the RPM does not exceed 3. The problem became more complicated later. When i start up the engine while parked, the RPM still does not exceed 3. If i put first gear on an attept to accelerate, the car barley moves, the speed does not go over 2 mph! It feels like something is holding the car back.  Dodge maintenance team is not experienced in fixing such a car, as my vehicle is their first experience. On the other hand, Dodge team has done couple of tests on it. They have had tested the fuel tank, engine pressue, exhaust system, sparks, cylinders and the air sensor. No errors were found. Besides, the vehicle is spending alot of fuel, half tank would last less than 30mins when engine is on and the vehicle is on parked. What makes it worse, it shows everything is normal when connected to the computer, also, it doesnt give any codes!  Please let me know what info you need to help me fix this problem. Hope to hear from you soon. P.S. Many thanks,     Tamer Qawasmi AMMAN/JORDAN
