There could be several reasons why your 2002 Ducati Monster 750 i.e. is not starting. Here are a few possible causes:

1. Battery Issues: Ensure that your battery is fully charged and in good condition. If the battery is weak or dead, it may not have enough power to start the engine.

2. Fuel Delivery Problems: Check if there is enough fuel in the tank and that the fuel pump is functioning properly. If the fuel pump is not working, it may not be delivering fuel to the engine.

3. Ignition System: Inspect the spark plugs and ignition coils to make sure they are in good working condition. Faulty spark plugs or ignition coils can prevent the engine from starting.

4. Electrical System: Check all the electrical connections, including the wiring harness, fuses, and relays, to make sure everything is connected properly. Faulty wiring or blown fuses can disrupt the electrical circuitry and prevent the engine from starting.

5. Safety Switches: Some motorcycles have safety switches (such as a kickstand switch or clutch switch) that need to be engaged for the engine to start. Check if any of these switches are preventing the engine from starting.

If you're not comfortable diagnosing the issue yourself, it's recommended to take your motorcycle to a qualified mechanic or Ducati service center. They will have the expertise and tools necessary to identify and fix the problem.
