Dynex Dx-wbrdvd1/dx-wbrdvd1-ca
My Dynex WBRDVD1/WX-WBRDVD1-CA turns on but i can't open the disk tray when i click on the open and close key, why is that. Is that normal or is that the disk tray is not good. I have never open it.

Do you notice if the disc tray is level? Meaning is it flush with the rest of the DVD Player? It could not be responding/opening because it is not in place.
I would recommend seeking repair or replacement options. Repair costs may not be cost efficient; replacement may be a cheaper option to pursue.
