Why The Difference In Rates Between Online Reservation And Over The Phone?
I have received my reservation information confirmation for the rental of a minivan on April 1 in Palm Springs, CA. The total charge is $372.63. If I go on your website and check the same vehicle etc;, the rate quoted is $334.36. My question is why the discrepancy? I am looking forward to your explanation and reply. Thank you.
