I Had Someone Use My Credit Card For 2 Transaction. I Would Like My Money Back

I looked at my account and found that someone has used my credit card on 2 days that I didn't have my card on me. It was used on April 11th and 12th. I didn't use it. I did it once on march 11th for a friend and I didn't save it the info and also that charge was done from my computer. The charges on April 11th and 12th was not done from my computer and was not even with me my husband had it in tampa. I want to get my money back and also find out who did it to press charges. I now have to wait for 7 days to get my new card and have to fight to get,my money back. PLEASE HELP ME MAKE THIS RIGHT. I THANK YOU VERY MUCH BRANDI BROOKS
