Credit Card Return Without Receipt

My 15 yr old purchased many items on my boyfriend's debut card one included your store for 2 pairs of shoes and socks totalling 175.00 2 days ago. We found out yesterday and when he confessed when wefound the shoes under bed and new socks. When asked about receipt so we can return he said the lady asked him if he wanted it and he answered no. So how can we get these returned? We don't want to make a fraud claim or involve the police we'd rather work it out. What can we do?

Foot Locker has a voluntary policy and accepts the return of unworn merchandise within 28 days from the date of purchase, in their original packaging, and with the original receipt.

(You seem to be confusing us, an independent help site, with Foot Locker.)

The previous answer, as you will see, is at best unclear. (What does it mean by a "voluntary" policy?) The policy is stated at https://www.footlocker.com/help/return-policy--satisfaction-guaranteed.html, and it does require "a copy of the original invoice, packing slip or register receipt." It's likely however that the record of the transaction as provided by your bank will qualify as a receipt. If not, appeal to customer service (use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/foot locker/customer-service) and as a last resort to corporate (use the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/foot locker/Corporate%20Office).
