Return Policy

You can return a new pair of shoes to any Foot Locker store, not just the location you bought it from. You can also return it by mail through their ReadyReturns portal. However, there are a few conditions that must be met in order for the return to be accepted:

• The shoes must be unworn and in new condition with the original tags.
• The shoes must be returned within 45 days of the original purchase date.
• If you paid with PayPal or Klarna, the return must be made by mail and cannot be accepted in store.

If you meet all of these conditions, you will receive a full refund to your original form of payment.

Here are the steps on how to return shoes to Foot Locker:

1. Go to Foot Locker's website and find the "Returns & Exchanges" page.
2. Click on the "Return an Item" button.
3. Enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order.
4. Select the items you want to return.
5. Choose whether you want to return the items in store or by mail.
6. If you're returning the items in store, select the store you want to return them to.
7. If you're returning the items by mail, print out the return label and attach it to the package.
8. Mail the package to the address on the return label.

Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
