I Have Been Having Major Electrical Problems In My 2003 Ford F150 4x4.no Heat

right now the heat is not working even w power to the controls. ??my windshield wipers are not working and my stereo is out and headlights. should i change the hole wiring harness,this hs been going on for about two years now
