Brand New And Won't Blow Air!

I installed the unit in the wall of my brand new detached garage without a hitch. The electrician provided the proper receptacle, I plugged in the unit and the display lights up and you can hear the compressor kick in, but the fan does not move. I removed the cover and filter so I could reach in and make sure the fan was free to turn and it spins easily by hand. Put the filter and cover back on, plugged the unit back in and same thing. 10 minutes later, still nothing except the unit is on, but no blow. I bought the unit the end of May and installed it the end of July. What do I do now???

You must still be covered under warranty. If you are certain that you have done everything as per the manual, then I would suggest you get in touch with your retailer or dealer for a cost-free replacement or service.
