Refund
my card was charged 2 times in a online purchase and I never got the refund out back on my card because when 9 set you card it transferd me to a live person that didn't put in my social and I've been trying for months to get ahold of a live person to be this taken care of but cant because my social was never input in the system I want my money back and reimbursed for all of this trouble
