Advertised Accomodates 5 People & 6 Bags But Was Forced To Upgrade $35/day..info
was misleading..chose premier class because of that and yet the counter clerk in PHX pushed a much more expensive car on us....bill should have been $831.73 but came to $1389.88. Can you guide us to some relief?

car rental companies strive for perfect customer service ratings, so call your car rental's customer service line (Number found on their website, probably under "contact us"). the more info you have at hand, when calling, the better. especially the name of the person who was so pushy about you paying for a larger vehicle, your initial reservation number, type of car, etc. Maybe they can give you credit on a future rental,if nothing more?
