Connect My Tv Ns-rc03a-13 To My Hp 6000 Desktop Dvi/hdmi No Sound Comming

I connect my hp pavilion p6000 to my tv as monitor display true hdmi-dvi cable as be told by window support tech and I cant have the sound system from my tv working .can you help me thanks eli

This is because DVI doesn't carry audio. You would need a converter that carries audio in addition to video like this one. You run a 3.5mm to RCA audio cable from the headphone jack on your PC to the audio input on the converter.
