I Bought A New Probook 4540s, Screen Says Software Is Being Installed?

I started of the new probook 4540s for the first time, it asked me the general questions country, name etc, after that at one stage it said it will reboot which it did and since then for past two hours it has been installing sme software- it says software is being installed , when complete, your system may automatically restart. please do not turn off your computer during this process.

Your newly purchased HP ProBook 4540s laptop may be in the process of Windows Installation when you purchased it. The best solution for this is to let the installation to be finished. Windows Operating System may take minutes to hours depending on the speed of the computer.
