I have left 4 - 5 voicemail messages for Steve Less, with no response. My daughter, Dawn Arrigoni, is staying at this hotel in a medical room, due to leg surgery. She has been there since May 19 and will be there much longer. I have asked Steve Less for a better room rate since this is a hardship. He doesn't give me an answer. How bad is that? At least call me and say "no," The staff is rude to Dawn when she asks for help. She is disabled besides having this surgery. The staff is sitting behind the desk chatting and Dawn has asked for help and they begrudgingly say " I guess....."
